CandyPone Terms of Service
Please understand I reserve every right to refuse to service you for any reason.. I also reserve the right to not reveal why I won't take your request. Any argument or unwanted persistence will result in a permanent block and denial of any future service. By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms of service.
Commissions
Payments & Transactions
• The only method of payment I accept is PayPal. As for currency I will only accept USD ($). You will be responsible for any kind of fees charged by PayPal for the currency conversion.• There are only two ways to pay for commissions; full payment upfront or payment plans. In most cases payment is required in full up front, but for charges over $400 USD you can set up a payment plan. Plans must be discussed with me before the process has started, and there will be understood dates and times of the separated payments. Missing these payments may result in termination in the commission process, resulting in possible refunds. (Dates for payments will be flexible and vary per person.)• Refusal to pay for the service will automatically result in complete termination of the request.
Refunds & Chargebacks
• You may receive a refund for a commission in full so long as the drawing process has not been started. If the drawing process has already been started you will receive a partial refund depending on how much work has been done. If a partial refund is issued you will receive money back, and the unfinished artwork with my watermark.• Refunds will never be available after artwork is finished.• Paypal has chargeback options. If at any point you issue an unexpected chargeback during or after the drawing process, you will be confronted and the process will be terminated. I cannot fight chargebacks. If you issue a chargeback I will block you and release your name publicly. If at any point you need your money back, talk to me about the refund process.
Copyright and Permissions
• Do not edit, erase, or tarnish my watermark
FOR COMMISSIONS:
-You may repost the artwork with credit to my name and link to my account.
- You cannot edit my artwork in any way, shape or form. If there needs to be any edits to the image please contact me.
- You may use it as decoration on accounts.
- You may use the artwork for selling merchandise if and only if it's your own character. This MUST be discussed and agreed upon before the drawing process is started. In the event an agreement is made, I will expect 20% of income earned based on the use of my artwork.
FOR GIFTS, TRADES, & UNPAID ARTWORK:
- You may repost the artwork with credit to my name and link to my account.
- You cannot edit my artwork in any way, shape or form. If there needs to be any edits to the image please contact me.
- You cannot use my artwork for any kind of profit.
- You may use it as decoration on accounts.
